Reflexology is the carefully applied pressure massage of all areas pof the feet. These areas are connected by reflexes to all parts of the body and by working on them it is possible to influencethe whole body. Useful against a wide variety of conditions, it is also deeply relaxing and enjoyable.

Massage has been shown to have definite physiological effects, including improved circulation and immune response, pain reliefand benefits to the skin and internal organs. Essential oils, such as used in aromatherapy amplify the effect of massage with their own therapeutic properties.
